Dr Daniel Woodstock
Hi, I’m Daniel.
My mission is to help people improve their quality of life by understanding their body better. I am passionate about living a rich life where you never have to say NO to anything because of pain or physical limitations!
My Story
As an injury-prone athlete engaging in weight training, AFL, basketball, hiking, and more, I've rehabilitated many of my own soft tissue injuries, including a ruptured Achilles and dislocated shoulder. I HATE missing out because of pain.
I became an Osteopath to understand how to heal the body and navigate the challenges of living an active and fulfilling life.

I want to share what I know and assist others to also live a full and rich life where they never have to say NO to anything because of pain or physical limitations!
About Me
Outside of clinical practice, I seize every opportunity to challenge myself, connect with new people, travel, and enjoy live music. Whether it's reading and studying personal development, learning new calisthenics skills, having weekends away camping, overseas adventures, local gigs, or multi-day festivals. Sport music and human connection are things I cherish.
I see these experiences as the 'life' side of the scales which balance our work and purpose!
